Ever found yourself in a pickle? In a stressful situation? Maybe you got bad news or surprised with something less than wonderful. 

Scripture tells us over and over  

Fear not… 

You are not alone….

All things work together for good… 

Perfect love casts out fear… 

Everything we put our hands to prospers… 

We are hard pressed on every side but not crushed… 

Those who trust in the Lord are happy… 

 

Yet human default is S T R E S S, freak out mode at the sight of destruction or loss or stuff just not working out the way we saw it in our pretty little heads. Ringing a bell 🛎🤪🤣😤😓😐🙄😳 {Ever use those emojis?} 

In my quiet time this week I’ve been challenged by the Lord to meet stress with peace.  

Whatever place you find yourself in right now…

John 14:27New International Version (NIV)

27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

 

My prayer is that this blog leaves you with more peace than before not peace as the world gives but His peace that empowers you to not be troubled or afraid about anything!  

My peace I leave with you! Let’s all ask ourselves this week, are we meeting stressful situations with peace or compounding the stress by our presence. Ouch! God’s word to us in our humanity is so sweet, strong, and helpful! May this blog be all of those things to you like this word from heaven has been for me 🙏🙌💕
