Did you think it would be without a fight?  

A dream fulfilled can take a long time. And once it does come to pass, not everyone is as excited about it like you are. Many will be excited but why do we seem to focus on the 3 people who are not? That is usually a good sign. Anything great that you go after will have opposition. Big dreams that are God-dreams are not easily understood by all. Dream ANYWAY.👊  

 “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life.”

Proverbs 13:12

 So don’t let your heart be troubled scripture tells us. We can choose to let our hearts be troubled or choose not to. If we choose a troubled heart, we lose hope and hesitate on fulfilling our dreams. 💔➡️❤️

When you begin to walk in your destiny, a dream is being fulfilled. If some of the people who are most important to you are not excited with you or even decide to turn their backs on you completely, don’t be alarmed. 🚨 According to most super successful people I know it’s not if but when this happens and it’s so important to focus on the many who ARE with you.  Stay in your lane and don’t look to the nonsupportive for your support. I know, simple RIGHT? 🤔 but it’s what we do all too often. Accept that support and approval just are not going to come from them and focus on the One who gave you the dream and the team that God is helping you to assemble to pull it off. There are plenty of people in the fight with you. There may be one ☝️ or twenty one 2️⃣1️⃣ fighting with you for the vision God has put in your heart. Focus on them. When God called you, He callled those to fight this good fight of faith along side you. Believe Him to supply all your needs including people to run your race with you! 

The naysayers you will have with you always. 🤪 Set aside the weights that so easily beset you the Bible tells us and run your race with purpose. It is hot. It is strenuous and it can be lonely at times. But goodness, it’s so much easier without the baggage we carry. Do you ever see a runner 🏃‍♀️ in a race with a backpack full of books? No! Even if the runner is a student, they leave their books at home for the race. What are you carrying that you need to leave in His presence so you can run without all of that bogging you down?  It is not always fun but did you really think something so awesome as fulfilling a dream and the very purpose you were put on this earth would be without a fight?! If it were easy everybody would be doing it! And they’re not. If you are, you are already in the top percentage of people who are actually even going for it! “Keep on keeping on” the path God has laid out for you. Don’t quit! It’s worth it! That’s what I keep telling myself too. And it proves over and over to be true. Each step and each day is closer to the goal! Write down your progress, your accomplishments and encourage yourself along the way. Stop waiting for someone else to pat you on the back and pat yourself on the back.

I double dog dare you to look in the mirror if you get discouraged and say “Did you really think it would be without a fight?! You got this! if God is for me, who can be against me?! The greater One is on the inside of me! I am more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens me! The fight is fixed and I win! Thank you, Jesus in advance for my victory in this situation!”
