Well, here we are! Christmas 2020….none of us dreamed we would still be in masks, still fighting this awful virus that has claimed too many loved one’s lives, or just recovering from “pivoting” so much we’re a lil dizzy. BUT GOD IS FAITHFUL to take us from the problems of this year to the promises of next year!!!!

I sit thinking about what would be the most encouraging Happy Monday blog this Christmas and though it may not have seemed to start off that way (above), sort of like this year, I want to fill you so full of faith today, you may feel like exploding by the end of this blog! God is faithful and Ps. 40:4 says that those who trust in the Lord are happy! I’m no rocket scientist but what do ya say, let’s trust Him!!! He’s got us in the palm of His hand. What other viable choice do we have? NONE! He is and always will be our best bet. This Christmas with all the crazy around us and all the weirdness of – to be with family or not because of the sniffles but what if???? or how do we navigate this joyous time of the year wading through loss????

To all the families not able to be together this year, to all those alone this year, my heart cries out for you and we all rally around you in prayer bringing us close to His heart together in Him! To all those surrounded with family, reunited with the bond of the richest form of love there is, eating pecan pie and Christmas cookies til your heart’s content, to all who have only been mega blessed this year and those who have been devastated by it all, to those who are terrified by the Presidential outcome and to those who are relieved, to those who are on top of the world and to those who are freezing under a bridge this Christmas….Joy to the world, the Lord has come!!!! No matter your circumstance, He is bigger. He is brighter. He really is making it all better. Happy people trust in Him to do so. Take a leap of faith and put your hope in God this Christmas and watch Him come through for you spiritually, physically, relationally, financially, personally, in every way!

Take some time this week to punch the devil in the face and journal all the wonderful things God has done for you this year and all the things you are believing Him for in 2021! And determine to have a………
