Who ever would have thought we would have mask envy?! Really? Are you with me? A bandanna and a rubber band will do. Look it up. Pretty clever, easy, & effective…and I found a pink one so I’m set.

Seriously though, now what? What to do without a job, with a job where you have to wear a windshield in front of your face if you’re a nurse, or if you are like us and scrambling 50,000 hours a week it feels like to stay connected to everyone and be sure church online goes off without a hitch. Oops. It doesn’t always, take this morning for instance…next subject please.

These are (as they say) unprecedented times. Well, I had never heard anyone say that word really except my husband. The Lord told him he would be part of an unprecedented move of God’s Spirit which has never been seen before in the history of mankind. Honestly, each time I heard him say it, my shoulders would shrink and I would think, Babe, are you sure you wanta say that? If you know my husband, you know he is a fireball and he doesn’t much care what you think of him but he really cares what God thinks of him and he really does live to please an audience of One. He believed it with such conviction every time I heard him say it Well, guess what?! We are all part of an unprecedented outpouring of God’s Spirit right now….on the internet!!! I love it. We may not all agree a thousand percent but man there is a lot of amazing teaching out there and we are all encouraging each other and being the Church.

I just have to think God is sitting back right now, going, “Look at my boy! Look at my girl! They are going for it and not shrinking back!” Guys we are alive in the last of the last days and this is no surprise to God! My husband also always said, “There would come a day when nominal Christianity would become extinct!” That day has come! We had better believe the stuff we say we believe! Can I get a witness?!
