This is a one minute blog today and so take just a minute for a quick virtual hug. Go ahead and love yourself and then get back to the hustle and bustle.

This is going to be quick today because I am going from last week’s beautiful trip with dear friends to Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and Cape Cod to this weekend spending time with our pastors here in our lovely Bay town to now headed to the gorgeous 30a to enjoy a pastors retreat with more friends on the sugar-sand Florida beaches.

With all this, comes hugs and lots of hugs from the best of friends finally after a mostly hug-less 2020. But even as fabulous as my life sounds to you right now getting to take these trips of a life time really, back to back, guess what?! There’s still laundry to be done, bills to be paid, and work to be caught up on and gotten ahead on so that can mean stress upon stress to the point of dreaming of all that needs to be done. Also, there is life – the “life happens” kind of stuff that we all juggle so right here in the middle of all of this trying to get from one fantastic trip to the next and trying to juggle to-dos, I want to give you a virtual hug right before I give myself one by grabbing a quick nap because I love myself and recognize I need it.

No matter how good life gets or how hard it becomes, make time for hugs for yourself and those you love! So come here and let me hug you….virtually…..
